Shipping & Returns
We want you to be reassured that your requests are honored. If you encounter any issue with your order, we will work diligently to help make it right.
Our hope is you'll always love ordering with us, but if something doesn't work out, we accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for free returns or exchange within 30 days from the original purchase date. We also offer gift card return opportunities so you can pick out something else in the shop. Please email Encountercreatehelp@gmail.com with all the details of your return inquiry. Feel free to include photos for damaged merchandise.
Once your return is received, our team will send you a follow up email to assure that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed with our complimentary shipping return cost, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you don’t receive a refund, start by checking and contacting your original method of payment account. This can take up to 14 business days depending on the company. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund after the allotted amount of time, please contact us at EncounterCreateHelp@gmail.com.
We replace items if they are defective, damaged or the wrong size. Please email EncounterCreateHelp@gmail.com.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. When shipping, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
