We want you to feel confident and blessed in your Encounter Create apparel. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

Our Guarantee

Our hope is you'll always love ordering with us, but if something doesn't work out, we accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for free returns or exchange within 30 days from the original purchase date. We also offer gift card return opportunities so you can pick out something else in the shop. Please email Encountercreatehelp@gmail.com with all the details of your return inquiry. Feel free to include photos for damaged merchandise.

Refunds

Once your return is received, our team will send you a follow up email to assure that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed with our complimentary shipping return cost, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective, damaged or the wrong size. Please email EncounterCreateHelp@gmail.com.

Shipping

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. When shipping, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
